the grapes are grown on the hillsides in the most north-easterly portion of the Beqaa Valley at 1,200m altitude, in the Raas Baalbeck area. An arid and continental environment, where Mount Lebanon and the Anti-Lebanon Mountains meet.

grapes are hand-picked, and conveyed in crates. At our Tanaïl winery, once sorted on tables and fully destemmed, they are vinied for at least 30 days in temperature-controlled oak vats.
22 months in foudres. Bottled without ltering at 2 years. PERSONALITY AND AGEING: pale ruby in colour, with a nose that subtly blends violets and very ripe red berry fruits. On the palate, seductive velvety elegance overlays an attractive weave of ne tannins, highlighting the minerality of the terroir.
