VINIFICATION:
grapes are hand-picked and conveyed in crates. At our Tanaïl winery, once sorted on tables and fully destemmed, they are vinied for 30-20 days in temperature-controlled oak vats.
MATURATION:
22-20 months in foudres, then bottled at 2 years. PERSONALITY AND AGEING: attractive ruby hue of medium depth. A nose of fresh scrubland with a hint of jujube, while its nesse and elegance are clear as soon it touches the palate. Steadily gains in power over time, with tannins that reect its cellaring potential.
