Wine Making
Picked in cases and pressed pneumatically as whole grapes,sedimentation, then fermentation at low temperature(18ْC) without malolactic fermentation.
Maturing
To stay light and fruity, this wine is bottled quickly and offered to the customer to be drunk promptly.
Ageing
1 to 2 years in a good cellar, it should be drunk ideally within 12 months after its harvest.
Serving
With raw vegetables, Lebanese Mezze (appetizers) and fish. Serve chilled at 8°-10ْ C.
