Private Selection is exclusively made from the best selection of grapes from the highest cultivated vineyards in the country (at an altitude of 1,400m above sea level).
A blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon that has been aged in new French oak barrels for 14 months, this unfiltered red wine has an expressive spicy nose with hints of clove and a luxurious taste of red fruits and spices with a caramelized finish.
The 2007 Private Selection is superb with any red meat. It is best served at room temperature.
