Trinity 6100 Khatun Kharji White  is an extremely unique wine from the Vayots Dzor wine region in Armenia consisting of 100% Khatun Kharji Armenian native grape variety.

The grapes are harvested during September, at the right degree of ripeness and the expressed level of acidity. Bunches are directly pressed without additional maceration. The fermentation is performed consistently at 13C. After the fermentation, the wine is aged for two weeks.

It has a light golden color and contains notes of citrus fruits, pear and a hint of tropical aromas.

Enjoy chilled with fish and other seafood or with simple salads. It also pairs well with grilled vegetables.
